This Queen Anne house built circa 1882 as a home for Oscar and Ruth Huff. The Huffs operated a store on the Floyd-Franklin line in what is known as the High Peak community.  The house was on the main road from Ferrum to Floyd and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
